The AED package consists  of the following-                      

1. Initial consultation and site review
2. Determine the number of aed’s and responders required.
3. Highlight client specific factors that need to be incorporated into the policy document.
4. Appointment of a  medical director(if required).
   1. Every programme must have a qualified medical
      director.
5. Implementing an aed policy document provision of medical direction for the use of aeds. drawing up guidelines for emergency procedures related to the use of AEDs and CPR.
6. Supply of  AED machine with protective caseand basic life support equipment.free on site
   service every two years.
7. Initial training for responders(valid for two years)
   1. Provision of refresher training every 6 months(3 per person) initial 4hr AED training followed up by a 30
      minute refresher every 6 months (3 in total),
      all on site.
8. After sale service
1. evaluate post event review forms and
2. digital files downloaded from AED.
3. policy updates
4. responder queries
5. machine queries
6. warranty  issues
